O’Neil brings extensive agency management experience, previously serving as Creative Director at Layer One Media, and before that serving as Group Creative Director for WhittmanHart Interactive. With over 100 projects under his belt, he has led brand and marketing projects for consumer brands, healthcare, financial, and B2B accounts including Anheuser-Busch, Marcus Theatres, Lands End, Kohler, M&I Bank and Eaton. O’Neil’s new role at 7Summits involves managing the delivery of marketing strategy, visual design, and user experience for engaging Social Business Solutions.
