Job Description

  • Engage new clients leveraging 7Summits delivery model to organize the overall accounts and the work that our teams will be executing.
  • Work with client and 7Summits project and solution teams to understand business goals and to select the appropriate approach to deliver a sustained result.
  • Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned clients on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends. Identify projects, solutions and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
  • Perform ongoing financial analysis for assigned accounts with a focus on growing account base and overall account profitability.
  • Grow and apply industry knowledge for assigned verticals, helping shape the outcomes of applied social media to specialty areas.
  • Manage service delivery for assigned clients, delivering results on time and on budget.

 

Job Qualifications

  • 8-12 years industry experience overseeing a portfolio of accounts with direct responsibility for growing that base of accounts.
  • Strong experience in managing large scale interactive web-based projects.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience working with clients to determine overall project direction.
  • Experience with one or more industry verticals including a range of solutions delivered for clients in those verticals.
  • Familiarity with best practices in both account management and project management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to consistently deliver projects and customer value.
  • Able to handle a range of clients and projects amidst shifting priorities
